A’Tech is seeking a dedicated Field Operations Associate to drive mobile app adoption in Lahore, Pakistan. This onsite role targets fresh graduates or interns (or 1+ year in field sales) and involves engaging shopkeepers and owners to promote and onboard merchants.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or interns with interest in sales or candidates with 1+ year in field sales or business development.
• Residency in Bahria Town, Lahore, or nearby for easy daily commute.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagements.
• Ownership of a reliable motorbike or vehicle with a valid driving license for field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with extensive daily field movements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to promote the mobile application at shops and commercial areas.
• Demonstrate app features and assist with installation and onboarding for merchants and businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and business owners.
• Actively generate leads and meet weekly and monthly merchant acquisition targets.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits and client interactions.
