Job summary

NIQ, the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, invites applications for an entry-level role in the Market Intelligence Data Operations Process Quality team in Pakistan. You will perform daily quality checks on automated iQC samples and help shape global QC processes for multiple product sectors.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timely task completion, and teamwork, with opportunities to gain knowledge of online, e-commerce, and Tech/Durable products and to use MS Office tools and LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with technical knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong internet searching skills.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with accuracy.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of online, e-commerce and Tech/Durable products.

Responsibilities

• Daily quality checks on automated iQC samples.
• Assist in developing and implementing Global Process Quality MI Data Operations quality products and processes.
• Ensure high-quality standards of QC processes.
• Execute low to medium-complexity tasks under supervision.
• Responsible for correct setting of QC ratings as quality proof.
• Ensure the global quality standards are met.
• Quality checks of product master data within responsible panels/sectors.
• Respond to internal or external customer complaints.
