UNDP Pakistan seeks a Field Implementation Officer for the Flood Recovery Programme in Dadu District. You will ensure day-to-day field activities, maintain quality, and coordinate with government partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to deliver on SDG goals and disaster recovery needs.

The role emphasizes monitoring, risk management, and community engagement with a focus on women and marginalized groups, supporting agricultural recovery and livelihoods in a post-flood context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience
• 3+ years in community engagement, project implementation, or coordination/liaison roles
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with web-based management systems
• Experience with water supply, land leveling, or related sectors is beneficial
• Prior collaboration with UN agencies, governments, or NGOs is desired

Responsabilités

• Support field implementation and community engagement plans with project team and partners
• Liaise between UNDP Country Office and local stakeholders; track progress and propose corrective actions
• Design and implement monitoring tools; maintain data collection and reporting systems
• Support risk monitoring, including social and environmental risks and grievances
• Engage with community members, manage feedback, and support grievance redressal mechanisms
• Oversee quality of field activities such as water schemes and agricultural rehabilitation, focusing on women and marginalized groups
