Qualifications

• This role requires a Master’s degree in Education, Statistics, Social Sciences, Research, Evaluation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in assessment, evaluation, research, or educational quality assurance.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% for field monitoring and evaluation activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement assessment and evaluation frameworks for educational programmes, projects, and initiatives.
• Develop and improve student assessment systems, including formative, summative, and continuous assessment practices.
• Plan and execute data collection activities using surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and quantitative tools.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, learning gaps, programme impact, and improvement areas.
• Prepare comprehensive assessment, evaluation, and analytical reports with actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor programme performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across schools and departments.
• Coordinate with academic, training, and field teams for smooth implementation of assessments and evaluation activities.
• Support the development of monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting systems for data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability of collected data and institutional records.
