Responsabilidades

• Own the brand's creative calendar from planning to delivery across campaigns and launches.
• Lead and mentor the design, content, and creative exec teams and review all output.
• Set and defend the brand's visual and verbal identity; maintain on-brand standards.
• Approve shoot plans, budgets, and timelines to keep launches on schedule.
• Analyze performance and feedback to inform next collections' creative decisions.
• Translate brand goals into clear briefs for the team to execute.
