Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Manager, Facility to lead real estate, facilities, and asset management for the Islamabad market. You will drive infrastructural projects, oversee launches, relocations, and revamps of stores, and coordinate with vendors, audits, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, 5+ years in real estate and facility management, strong project management skills, and fluency in Urdu and English. Proficiency with Google Workspace is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of real estate and facilities management experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Technical knowledge of facility equipment/installation is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Urdu and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate, facilities, asset maintenance, and KPIs for the local market.
• Oversee building maintenance, asset management, and 3rd-party contracts.
• Lead launches, relocations, and revamps of stores/dark stores, including site scouting and handover.
• Supervise contractors, manage budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Handle permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers.
• Identify potential store/warehouse sites to meet ops needs.
• Negotiate leases and contracts aligned with company goals.
