Job summary

Contour Contour Software in Pakistan seeks a Tech Specialist II – Fabric & Integrations to support Laserfiche, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data Factory pipelines. You will ensure reliable data flows, healthy infrastructure, and smooth module configurations.

You will work with Reporting, Engineering, DevOps, and Migration teams to diagnose issues and escalate when needed. Hands-on, technically strong problem-solving is essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience with Laserfiche Forms, Workflows, or similar automation platforms.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
Understanding of data integration concepts (SFTP, file imports/exports, data movement).
Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript for form customization.
Python scripting is an asset.

Responsibilities

Administer Laserfiche forms, workflows, and applications.
Monitor Fabric capacity and performance.
Maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines and data processes.
Configure customer integrations and SFTP access.
Perform QA testing and support data migrations.
Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Success teams.
