Contour Software is seeking a Tech Specialist II – Fabric & Integrations to support and maintain Laserfiche forms, workflows, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data Factory pipelines. You will ensure reliable data flows, healthy infrastructure, and effective troubleshooting while collaborating with reporting, engineering, DevOps, and migration teams.

The role requires hands-on technical strength, ability to diagnose across systems, and sound escalation decisions when needed.

Qualifications

• Technical skills required for Laserfiche forms/workflows, MS Fabric, and ADF pipelines.
• Experience with data integration concepts (SFTP, scheduled jobs, file-based imports/exports).
• Familiarity with CSS/JS for advanced form customization and basic Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Laserfiche forms, workflows, and applications.
• Design business processes and forms with logic and rules.
• Troubleshoot Laserfiche issues within overall business processes.
• Configure Fabric environments and monitor performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Azure Data Factory pipelines.
• Assist with customer integration configuration (SFTP, Laserfiche, CADS).
• Coordinate with DevOps for access and security configurations.
• Perform QA testing on fixes and enhancements; document findings.
• Participate in data migration and strategic cross-functional projects.
