JazzCash in Lahore is seeking an Expert Public Sector Partnerships to drive the Public Sector Partnerships Department. You will manage government and INGO tenders, enable revenue growth through data-driven insights, and ensure timely partner integrations.

The role requires building a pipeline of public sector clients and collaborating with regional teams to promote JazzCash's digital payments solutions while staying informed about regulatory requirements and backend operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field (any of listed disciplines).
• Experience with public sector entities preferred.
• Familiarity with Fintech/Banking sectors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in technical writing, analytics and PowerPoint.

As Expert Public Sector Partnerships, you will drive the growth and performance of the Public Sector Partnerships Department at Jazz. You will manage government and INGO tenders, enable revenue and volume growth through data-driven insights and ensure timely partner integrations.

What youll own

• Build a thorough understanding of JazzCash products and solutions, and use market research and industry analysis to drive growth.
• Act as the principal liaison between regional teams, internal teams and public sector entities, promoting digital payment solutions, pursuing high-value organizations and advocating for digital payments with government bodies.
• Oversee end-to-end preparation and submission of government and INGO tenders, ensuring they are timely, accurate and aligned with client needs and competitive positioning.
• Build a pipeline of potential clients, new verticals and digital payment opportunities, using strategy presentations, pitch decks and data-driven interventions to enable growth and cross-selling.
• Track and forecast performance of existing partnerships, with dashboards and detailed reporting for clear data visibility.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of backend operations and stay current on digital finance regulations and best practices.

• Tenders are submitted on time and accurately, in line with client needs.
• The pipeline of public sector clients and new verticals grows, driving revenue and volume.
• Partner integrations are delivered on time.
• Partnership performance is visible through dashboards and reporting.
• Public sector relationships are strong, with growing advocacy for digital payments.

You may be a strong fit if you

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, IT/CS, Project Management or a related field.
• Have hands-on experience with public sector entities (preferred) and familiarity with the Fintech and Banking sectors (an advantage).
• Understand digital payment products such as Collections, Disbursements and Payment Gateway.
• Bring proficiency in technical writing, business analytics, research and presentation skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Have excellent stakeholder management and market research skills.
