JazzCash in Islamabad seeks an expert Consumer Products - Telco Payments to shape loads & packages. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, collaborating with tech, finance, marketing, and telco partners to deliver value.

The role focuses on growth, data-driven decisions, pricing, automation, and scaling adoption across the Loads & Packages portfolio, with emphasis on customer experience and measurable KPIs.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of product management experience in telecom, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Bachelor's in Business Management; a Master's is a plus.
• Experience with Loads & Packages, mobile top ups, and digital wallets.
• Strong data analysis, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of AI and process automation is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

What you'll own

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Loads & Packages, defining the value proposition and growth levers to deliver business objectives.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue expansion across the portfolio, including lifecycle initiatives for Loads and Packages
• Manage and optimize product offerings, features & pricing of loads and packages, to strengthen the customer value proposition.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, market research and competitive analysis to scale adoption and usage.
• Propose and deliver initiatives based on research to scale up the Loads & Packages product.
• Own the product development lifecycle for Loads & Packages.
• Monitor product performance, usage trends and KPIs to spot gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations such as pricing updates, configurations, reconciliations and reporting, while identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Work with technology, finance, marketing, customer experience, product development and telco partners to deliver integrations, UATs and enhancements, and to resolve issues, complaints and escalations quickly.
• Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions and business cases.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you

• Bring 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in Telecom, Fintech or digital financial services.
• Hold a Bachelor's in Business Management (a Master's is a plus).
• Understand Mobile Top ups / Loads & Packages and Digital Wallets/Accounts, with hands-on experience in product operations and lifecycle.
• Get excited by numbers and data analysis, and use insights to drive decisions, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Have knowledge and hands-on experience of AI, and experience in automation or process optimization (a strong advantage).
• Collaborate well across teams, and engage and influence stakeholders for product growth.
• Bring a digital and growth mindset focused on customer experience and innovation, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
