Job summary

foodpanda in Pakistan is seeking a proactive Rider Recruitment Manager to oversee hubs, lead a team of riders, and drive recruitment across the city. The role focuses on building scalable recruitment channels and ensuring timely, quality service.

You will optimize delivery operations, meet acquisition targets, develop training programs, and foster strong engagement with riders and partners to support growth and excellence in delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in rider recruitment.
• Bias for action at a fast pace.
• Process oriented to solve problems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• High integrity and work ethic.
• Team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Logistics or relevant field.
