Qualifications

• Proven Executive Sous Chef or senior culinary leader in high-volume operations.
• Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines and recipe execution.
• Leadership to motivate and develop kitchen staff.
• Excellent organization and time management under pressure.
• Advanced knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations and maintain high quality, presentation, and taste.
• Mentor and motivate the kitchen team; foster growth and excellence.
• Cover kitchen management in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
• Develop standardized recipes and technical documentation for consistency.
• Manage inventory, storage, and supply ordering with cost controls.
