Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of culinary experience with Executive Chef background in luxury hotels.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop multicultural culinary teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for talent development.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, food safety standards and cost management.
• Creative mindset with commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong culinary culture that links heritage with international standards.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and compliance with standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the culinary team through training and mentoring.
• Create innovative menus while managing food cost, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
• Partner with F&B leadership to deliver outstanding dining experiences and events.
• Analyze kitchen performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
• Oversee food safety, sanitation, and hygiene per HACCP and local regs.
