Job summary

PTCL in Pakistan is seeking a North Zone Operations Coordinator within the Services Department. You will act as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional activities, including security patrolling, bill delivery logistics, and non‑telco service projects, while coordinating with internal teams and external authorities to ensure smooth operations.

• Telecom Network Infrastructure Knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day North Zone services operations, including security patrolling route tracking, fuel card distribution, and execution of non-telco projects.
• Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), civic bodies, and government authorities, ensuring timely reporting and escalation of security threats and alerts.
• Maintain accurate and updated operational records, including personnel databases and SIM issuance registers, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement, P&O, and Finance teams to address field requirements and resolve operational and logistical challenges.
• Monitor field services personnel performance and maintain relevant performance records and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure seamless service operations and timely resolution of issues.
