Job summary

PTCL Group in Pakistan seeks a Contract Support specialist to manage the complete lifecycle of Network O&M contracts, from review to renewal, ensuring compliance and accurate records.

You will coordinate with field teams and stakeholders, assist in technical verification and BOQ finalization, and help optimize spares inventory while maintaining EOL/EOS data.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifecycle management of network contracts including review and compliance.
• Experience in BBR contracts, risk tracking and renewals.
• Strong data management for EOL/EOS and renewal records.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of Network O&M contracts, including review, approvals, renewals, and compliance.
• Track BBR contracts, identify risks and delays.
• Verify installed base for O&M contracts and finalize BOQs for renewals.
• Maintain contract records, EOL/EOS and renewal status reports.
• Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders for obligations and dispute resolution.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Support the complete lifecycle of Network O&M and BBR support contracts, including contract review, documentation, approvals, renewals, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Assist in technical verification, BOQ finalization, risk and delay tracking, and dispute resolution while maintaining accurate contract, EOL/EOS, and renewal records. Also support spares optimization by tracking inventory, availability, and database updates to ensure effective spare management.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Support in managing the complete lifecycle of Network O&M contracts, including contract review, documentation, approval tracking, signing process, and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor BBR support contracts along with by tracking progress, identifying risks and highlighting delays.
• Participate in technical verification of the installed base under each O&M Level-III Support Contract and finalize the BOQ for contract renewal by consolidating field team feedback and accounting for out-of-warranty and soon-to-expire inventory.
• Ensure effective internal and external stakeholder management, facilitating smooth implementation of contractual obligations and dispute resolution.
• Provide support in contract data management by maintaining EOL/EOS records, BBR contract information, and renewal status reports while ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Support spares optimization activities by maintaining spare inventory records, tracking availability, updating databases, and coordinating with relevant teams for effective spare management.
