Job summary

Master Group in Pakistan seeks a Quality & Lean Transformation professional to lead Manufacturing Excellence initiatives, including time & motion studies, capacity planning, OEE implementation, downtime analysis and 6S/visual management.

Responsibilities cover value stream mapping, Poka Yoke, Andon systems, Kaizen events, training development, and data-driven improvement. Education: Bachelor in Industrial Engineering; Experience: 1–2 years in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead time & motion studies for efficiency improvements.
• Develop capacity calculators and monitor OEE.
• Execute downtime reduction projects and 6S/visual management.
• Perform process value stream mapping and Kaizen events.
• Implement Poka Yoke and Andon systems.
• Develop skill matrices and training programs.

Job Description

• Manufacturing Excellence Framework implementation including Time & Motion Studies, Capacity Calculator, Efficiency Monitoring, Downtime analysis and reduction projects, Changeover reduction, 6S, Visual Management, Kaizen Events, Production Monitoring & Control, OEE implementation, Cost Reduction initiatives, Projects data collection & Analysis and execution adherence.
• Process & Value Stream Mapping (Identification of Process wastes Muda, Muri, Mura)
• Poka Yoke Activities
• Andon Systems Implementation
• Skill Matrix Development
• Training & Development activities

Education: Bachelors or Bachelors in Industrial Engineering
