What is Executive DevOps Engineer – MMBL?
- Responsible for first‑level support of all applications (In‑House Applications [IHA] and Third‑Party Applications), managing production and disaster recovery environments, and ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of all applications. The role also includes hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self‑Hosted Agents.
What Executive DevOps Engineer – MMBL does?
- Provide first‑level support for all applications (In‑House Applications and Third‑Party).
- Manage production environments for both In‑House and Third‑Party applications.
- Manage disaster recovery (DR) environments and ensure synchronization between DR and live systems.
- Maintain records of complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and audit recommendations (SBP/External).
- Deploy new portals/applications (In‑House Applications and Third‑Party).
- Fix security vulnerabilities as per Information Security (IS) reports.
- Monitor application servers and optimize application performance.
- Coordinate with vendors for third‑party systems and ensure timely ticket resolution.
- Enforce and adhere to change management and information security policies.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Manage Azure Self‑Hosted Agents for deployment and automation tasks.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Executive DevOps Engineer – MMBL?
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer / Software Engineering from a reputed institution. Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in Application Management & Support. Experience in software development is preferred. Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Self‑Hosted Agents. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
