Job summary

PwC is seeking an Intern/Trainee in Lahore to support our Ethics and Business Conduct function. You will assist the Business Conduct Leader and team in developing, implementing, and monitoring ethics controls and communications to uphold PwC's standards.

The role focuses on complaint management, investigations, and maintaining rigorous adherence to our Code of Conduct, with opportunities to contribute to training and awareness initiatives within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring ethics controls across core regulatory areas.
• Support awareness of PwC Code of Conduct through training and education activities.
• Analyze periodic performance data to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Assist in the annual Ethics and Business Conduct Network Standard compliance and self-evaluation process.
• Log ethics complaints and investigations, capturing necessary details in the Ethics Management System.
• Draft investigation reports and present findings to senior BCL team members for review.
• Collaborate with the BCL team to close investigations and implement action points.
