• Performance Evaluation: Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements within the Ethics function.
• Compliance Support: Assist in annual ethics and conduct compliance and self-evaluation processes.
• Investigation Leadership: Conduct thorough investigations into ethics complaints with evidence gathering.
• Interview Conduct: Facilitate confidential interviews with stakeholders to collect information.
• Report Drafting: Prepare detailed investigation reports for senior review.
• Case Closure: Collaborate to finalize investigations and implement required actions.
