Job summary

Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and support initiatives from Karachi, onsite. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with business goals.

With 7-8 years in ERP delivery (Oracle/SAP) and 3-4 years in ERP project management, you will drive planning, governance, change management, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of ERP implementation experience (Oracle/SAP).
• 3-4 years of hands-on ERP project management experience.
• PMP certification or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and support projects across platforms such as Oracle and SAP
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery and adherence to SLAs
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Drive change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption strategies
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and best practices.
