Job summary

MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an ERP specialist to join the ERP team with responsibilities in analysis, implementation and application run, coordinating with users and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.

You will gather requirements, translate them into ERP configurations (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), document processes, train users, and support deployment and data migration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in ERP implementation or related field.

Responsibilities

Identify user requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs for the development team.
Translate business requirements into ERP configurations to meet business needs.
Prepare Use Cases, Traceability and Technical Manual for developers and QA.
Conduct user sessions, trainings, and provide hand holding to achieve successful implementation.
Identify defects in the ERP application and log issues for resolution by development resources.
Align and format data per ETL protocol for data migration into the ERP system.
Coordinate with other technical departments to deliver client‑oriented ERP solutions and handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
