Job summary

MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an ERP specialist to join the ERP team with responsibilities in analysis, implementation and application run, coordinating with users and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.

You will gather requirements, translate them into ERP configurations (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), document processes, train users, and support deployment and data migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in ERP implementation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify user requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs for the development team.
• Translate business requirements into ERP configurations to meet business needs.
• Prepare Use Cases, Traceability and Technical Manual for developers and QA.
• Conduct user sessions, trainings, and provide hand holding to achieve successful implementation.
• Identify defects in the ERP application and log issues for resolution by development resources.
• Align and format data per ETL protocol for data migration into the ERP system.
• Coordinate with other technical departments to deliver client‑oriented ERP solutions and handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

To be part of ERP team WITH objectives of analysis, implementation and application run. It included all aspects of designing, documentation and ensure excellence in delivery of ERP application in coordination with users/stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements / Change Management:

• To identify user requirements or understand problem statement, its impact and priority IN ORDER TO bring it to development team for solution.
• To collaborate with various departments/domains to gather and analyze requirements IN ORDER TO understand the existing business processes and their ERP needs.
• To translate business requirements into system configurations IN ORDER TO ensure that ERP solutions meet business needs.

Documentation & Reports:

• To prepare the Use Cases, Traceability and Technical Manual IN ORDER TO provide information to system developer.
• To prepare release notes documents for product and project, In order to provide information to QC Team or Client.

Training & Implementation:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably with specific knowledge in [SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or any other ERP product].
• To hold user sessions, trainings, hand holding and scenario constructions IN ORDER TO achieve application Implementation or Showcasing.

Issue Reporting:

• To identify defects in application and capture its details for further reporting/logging in issues log IN ORDER TO fix those defects by respective development resources

Data Migration:

• To align and format the data in accordance with the ETL protocol (Extract Transfer Load) and verify in accordance with the system in order to integrate data into application

Intradepartmental Coordination:

• To coordinate with other technical departments within MicroMerger in order to produce the best products as per client requirements
• Any other task assigned by Supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates with Computer Science or Software Engineering backgrounds and relevant ERP implementation experience may also apply.
• At least 2 -3 Year of Experience in the relevant field.
