Bachelor’s in Computer Science and 1–2 years in ERP/SAP or software development are required, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP ERP modules for SD, LE, and FI–Accounts Receivable.

• Provide analytics to support management decision-making.
• Manage SAP queries, scheduling, and data structures for Sales needs.

Dawlance is looking for a dynamic and motivated Specialist – ERP & Software Development to join our Sales team at our Head Office in Karachi. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the following business processes/cycles through SAP ERP modules (SD, LE, and FI – Accounts Receivable) and custom applications:
  • -Order-to-Cash complete cycle for Dealers
  • -Order-to-Cash complete cycle for Export Sales
  • -Order-to-Cash complete cycle for Intercompany Sales
• Manage process improvement initiatives by assessing current-state and future-state solutions.
• Develop and enforce best practices to improve operational and system efficiency.
• Provide timely feedback to management on open issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Provide system training and support to users after project implementation.
• Understand and assist with diverse user requests, including flexibility with work assignments.
• Provide results-oriented and actionable analytics to support management decision-making.
• Responsible for managing the following SAP modules for current operations and new developments:
  • -Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • -Logistics Execution (LE)
  • -Financial Accounting (FI – Accounts Receivable)
• Manage and maintain custom applications, including ADV Pricing, for the Sales team to support dealer order generation, sales schemes, finance controls, and accounting controls, anytime and anywhere.
• Manage current and new deployments of customized sales snapshots, dashboards, and reports to support effective performance monitoring.
• Manage SAP queries, job scheduling, and data structures to fulfill Sales requirements.
• Manage mass data modifications and uploads.
