Job summary

BearPlex, Inc in Lahore seeks a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will lead full lifecycle SAP implementations, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.

You will analyze business requirements, configure SAP modules, and develop functional specs for RICEF objects. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, with experience across FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant with expertise in at least two core SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
• Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, and business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certification in a relevant module is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions, including system configuration and customization.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for existing SAP functionalities and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the SAP landscape.
