Job summary

Tkxel is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support the Sales team with daily coordination, reporting, and operational tasks. This is ideal for a fresh graduate aiming to build a career in Sales Operations and Business Operations.

You will maintain sales reports, assist with data analysis, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of activities. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks is required.
• Flexible to work in US Eastern hours (5:00pm–2:00am).

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and CRM records.
• Assist with sales data analysis and prepare basic reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to support the sales pipeline.
• Help maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Support the team with presentations, documentation, and ad-hoc requests.
