Oman OnlineConnect in Gujrat is hiring an entry level Computer Support Specialist to join our IT team. You will provide technical support via phone, email or in person and troubleshoot hardware, software and operating systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and operating systems Windows Mac OS
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays if needed

Responsibilities

• Responding to client inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email or in person
• Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
• Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, printers and other related equipment
• Assisting with system upgrades and maintenance tasks
• Documenting all technical issues and resolutions for future reference
• Collaborating with other team members to solve complex technical problems
