This customer-facing role combines hands-on implementation with solution design, pre-sales support, and go-live delivery across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, warehouses, and retail environments.

Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in solutions architecture, enterprise implementation, or hands-on platform configuration.
- Experience with enterprise workflows, data flows, and API integrations.
- Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer operations into working system designs.
Responsibilities
- Discover customer workflows and map current-state processes.
- Design and configure enterprise workflows on the PackageX platform.
- Implement pilots, validate workflows, and support go-live.
- Serve as technical point of contact during solution design and rollout.
- Document configuration logic and reusable workflow patterns.
