Brickstech in Lahore is seeking a Customer Success Manager / Technical Customer Success Lead to own the post-sales journey for enterprise clients, from onboarding through renewal and expansion, in a services-based technology company.

The role requires bridging customer needs with technical delivery, engaging with CIOs/CTOs and engineering teams, and driving adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in Customer Success or Technical Customer Success roles.
• Experience with enterprise-level accounts.
• Experience working with technical customers and engineering teams.
• Experience in a services-based technology company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales journey for enterprise customers from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, QA, Delivery, and Support to resolve issues.
