Job summary

Mammoth-AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager / Technical Customer Success Lead in Lahore to own post-sale journeys for enterprise clients. You will translate technical requirements into outcomes, engage with CIOs to QA leaders, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic accounts.

You will lead onboarding, define milestones, monitor health, and coordinate with engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations, renewals, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in Customer Success or related client-facing roles.
• Experience in a services-based technology company is required.
• Experience with enterprise-level customers/accounts.
• Experience with technical customers and engineering teams.
• Experience as a Technical Customer Success Manager or similar role is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering, QA, DevOps, and software teams.
• Understanding of SaaS and technology services business models.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers as primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Act as Technical Customer Success Lead for strategic accounts as needed.
• Lead onboarding, define success milestones, and drive time-to-value.
• Monitor usage and customer health; run QBRs and reviews.
• Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Capture feedback and translate into actionable product/engineering insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, QA, Delivery, and Support.
