Job summary

JazzWorld in Karachi is building Pakistan’s next-generation digital services platform. As a Business Consultant – GSM, you will advise corporate clients on GSM solutions, build and sustain long-term relationships, and drive sales, revenue growth, customer engagement, upselling, retention and satisfaction across your assigned portfolio.

You will be part of the Enterprise Sales department, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably Engineering/IT and Business.
• Corporate-sector sales experience in internet, data products, GSM solutions, fixed connectivity or M2M/IoT.
• Experience with OEMs, system integrators and technology companies.
• Understanding of digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware sales and IoT.
• Strong selling, negotiation and presentation skills with clear communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into high-level design language.
• Strong corporate-segment market orientation and portfolio management expertise.
• Dynamic, assertive, persistent and motivated to identify opportunities for Jazz Business Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage corporate clients to understand business needs and recommend GSM solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships that strengthen engagement, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote GSM solutions and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through GSM products and services.
• Expand business penetration within tagged companies and secure new accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery.
• Conduct daily visits to B2B Large Accounts to promote GSM solutions and support revenue growth.
• Complete scheduled visits to tagged accounts, address customer complaints and coordinate timely issue resolution.
