JOB DETAILS:

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors in Computer / Electronics Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Or

BSCS / BCS with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Email solution including Microsoft Exchange, Barracuda Email Gateway, Web Application Firewall and Proxy Servers.
• Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Mcafee Endpoint Security, DNS, Sophos Web gateway, Wintel Servers & Virtualization/Containerization (VMware/Hyper V).
• Implementation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager MECM along with WSUS & Microsoft Defender Endpoint Security.
• Web Portal Integration with Active Directory LDAP/LDAPS Authentication.
• Managing HA (High Availability), Clusters, FT (Fault Tolerance) and Replication of Critical Server and Applications.
• Experience in integrating Web Portals/Applications with Active Directory, using LDAP /Kerberos for authentication, authorization, and user role mapping.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, including hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to install, configure, manage, secure, patch, and upgrade Windows Server operating systems, ensuring high availability and compliance with security standards.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with various stakeholders to implement those fixes.
• Provide end-to-end IT support to remote offices, internal departments, and end users, covering both hardware and software issues.
• Expertise in Disaster Recovery and Backup Solutions, ensuring business continuity and data protection.
• Well-versed in IT compliance, security standards, and documentation practices.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digitization, automation, and DMS projects under the guidance of the Lead Manager.
• Assist and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in maintaining and managing the digitization / automation and DMS projects.
• Assist in execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), QA Testing and implementation of the same.
