Job summary

ACE Money Transfer seeks an experienced Manager – Payment Operations in Lahore to own payin/payout processing performance and drive the organization toward a systemised, automated operating model. You will align operational strategy with actionable improvements, supervise the Assistant Manager, and partner with banks/PSPs to deliver reliable payments.

Focus on automation, governance, and KPI reporting, while maintaining compliance and strong leadership across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in payment operations within fintech, remittance, or banking.
• Demonstrated experience leading process automation or system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of payin and payout processing.
• Lead transition from manual to automated operating model.
• Oversee SLA adherence and escalation of aged/exception cases.
• Provide guidance across the Payment Operations team and enforce standards.
• Maintain relationships with banks, PSPs, and payout partners.
• Produce regular reporting on KPIs, automation progress, and incidents.
