Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Relationship Manager for Employee Banking in Karachi to acquire and deepen corporate Employee Banking relationships. You will deliver high-value sales and service solutions to corporate clients and their employees, focusing on securing payroll mandates and tailored propositions.

The role requires building senior stakeholder relationships and collaborating with teams to drive sustainable business growth and effective onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least five years of core Employee Banking or Transactional Banking experience within a large local or international bank.
• Experience in acquiring corporate payroll or Employee Banking mandates.
• Ability to engage senior corporate decision-makers.
• Strong customer experience and portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire quality corporate Employee Banking mandates meeting payroll and employee criteria.
• Present the Employee Banking proposition and tailor solutions to needs.
• Build relationships with senior corporate stakeholders to secure new company relationships.
• Develop internal relationships to generate leads and referrals.
• Coordinate payroll accounts, bundles, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure onboarding and service delivery with banking teams.
