Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proven track record in business unit leadership.
• Experience in marketplace dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for courier delivery.
• Develop scalable go-to-market models for SMB clients.
• Manage a team of over 5 across multiple geographies.
• Monitor key metrics and ensure operational excellence.
• Translate market signals into product requirements.
