• Review tender documents (drawings, specs, BOQ) to inform bidding.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and BOQ to ensure complete bid data.
• Coordinate with design for predesign and BOQ preparation.
• Obtain material rates from procurement and markets (local & international).
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals per customer requirements.
• Meet clients/consultants to resolve ambiguities for bid submissions.
• Economically evaluate quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors.
