Job summary

Brickstech in Pakistan invites an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead Change Management and Digital Transformation efforts for hydropower projects. You will work on-site to optimize electrical systems, oversee maintenance documentation, and ensure reliability of protection relays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
• 6–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or related work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, development, and testing practices.
• Experience with electrical systems, control systems, and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with electrical equipment of hydropower plants across levels.
• Prepare maintenance, fault, test reports, and equipment history records.
• Operate and test electrical protection relays; identify and address faults.
• Monitor generator electrical parameters and assess conditions.
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
• Support spare parts planning, supplier evaluation, and procurement specs.
