Department: Infrastructure Sites & Facilities

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the power and cooling infrastructure of our data centers and communication facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability of critical infrastructure, managing vendors, implementing industry best practices, and supporting the design and deployment of reliable power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the 24/7 operations of data centers, communication rooms, and critical power and cooling infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of AC/DC power systems, generators, UPS, batteries, and cooling systems across POP sites.
• Design communication room layouts and support infrastructure planning for new projects.
• Develop and implement power and cooling solutions in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, AMCs, and contractual obligations.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Implement data center standards and industry best practices.
• Monitor infrastructure performance using DCIM and NMS.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and capacity planning recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in telecom, datacom, or data center infrastructure operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems, UPS, batteries, generators, HVAC, and cooling infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM/NMS platforms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
