Job summary

READ Foundation serves as the operational link between its Head Office and a donor-funded education project in Nok Kundi, District Chagai, ensuring effective coordination, timely communication, scholarship monitoring, teacher training support, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining safeguarding and policy compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 4–6 years of project coordination experience, strong English/Urdu communication, and willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is an added advantage.
• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, education, or development projects.
• Experience coordinating between Head Office and field operations.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills.
• Experience supporting teacher training or capacity-building activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to work with schools, communities, government, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Quetta and occasionally to Nok Kundi.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and follow-up between the Head Office and field teams.
• Track approvals, procurement requests, HR actions, and operational tasks.
• Support planning and logistics for meetings, trainings, and field visits.
• Monitor the academic progress and wellbeing of scholarship holders in Quetta.
• Prepare monitoring, field visit, and monthly coordination reports.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical project records.
• Support teacher training, refresher sessions, and capacity-building activities.
• Build strong relationships with schools, communities, and stakeholders.
• Represent READ Foundation professionally in internal and external meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, security, and organizational policies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and elevate issues to the Project Director.
• Travel regularly to Quetta and occasionally to Nok Kundi for project support.
