Job summary

StudyWise / The Migration is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for a UK- or Australia-based education and student visa organization. You will manage teams, processes, and student cases to ensure high service quality.

You will develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with international offices. Strong English, leadership, and CRM experience are essential. A Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years in education operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM and reporting systems.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in education consultancy or international education operations.
• Previous experience with UK- or Australia-based education/study visa organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Supervise counselling, admissions, visa, and support teams.
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality-control processes.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Oversee student cases and ensure timely processing and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with international offices, institutions, partners, and internal departments.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
