Qualifications

• Graduate-level education with strong communication skills.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to generate and convert opportunities and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential e-commerce, retail, and corporate clients.
• Generate new business through prospecting, calls, meetings, referrals and market outreach.
• Develop relationships for courier, logistics, and delivery solutions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service offerings.
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets.
