Job summary

Scaleup Connect is seeking an experienced E-commerce Support Manager to oversee marketplace operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other platforms. You will optimize processes, manage end-to-end performance, and lead a team to ensure smooth order processing, accurate inventory and steady sales growth.

You will analyze marketplace data, forecast demand, coordinate with logistics, and drive cost-effective improvements while staying updated on platform algorithms and ad strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other e-commerce CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools for performance tracking and decision-making.
• Understanding of logistics, forecasting and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience with inventory and order management systems.
• Knowledge of e-commerce regulations and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze marketplace data, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee inventory management, order processing, and reconciliation to maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and seller ratings to maintain high standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Lead product sourcing initiatives including private-label launches and supplier negotiations.
• Stay updated with marketplace algorithms and industry trends to stay competitive.
• Oversee advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Products, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Mentor and develop the support team for high performance.
