Job summary

viSole Group of Companies seeks an E-Commerce Specialist (Shopify Expert) to manage and grow our online sales. You will optimize store setup, listings, collections, pricing and promotions across Shopify and related platforms.

You will develop strategies to hit sales targets, manage product catalogs, and improve UX and conversions. Strong analytics, communication and MS Excel skills are essential for driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales or online business development.
• Proven experience in managing sales through multiple online platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation and business growth.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce/digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s Shopify store, including store setup, product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve online sales targets and drive business growth.
• Manage product catalogues, inventory, product descriptions, images, and online visibility.
• Optimize the Shopify store’s functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Monitor online sales performance, customer behavior, website traffic, and market trends.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Plan and execute online promotions, discount offers, and sales campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
