Job summary

Techloset in Faisalabad, Punjab (On-site) is seeking a proactive E-commerce Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage online orders, respond to customer queries, and drive sales conversions across social media platforms and internal systems.

You will handle inquiries across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other channels, confirm orders, track delivery, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with packing and dispatch teams for timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

Excellent English and Urdu communication (spoken and written).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media platforms.
Prior e-commerce, online sales or customer support experience preferred, not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and on-site work is required.

Responsibilities

Process and manage orders received via social media, website, and other sales platforms.
Respond to customer queries promptly across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
Confirm orders and follow up on delivery status and order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate order and customer records in internal systems.
Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing.
Manage returns and exchanges professionally.
Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales.
