Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers
• Start meaningful conversations with decision-makers at recruitment firms
• Identify prospects' needs, challenges, and priorities
• Clearly communicate our value proposition and generate interest
• Qualify prospects to determine fit and book qualified meetings
• Follow up consistently by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Research target companies and contacts before outreach
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of calls and prospect activity in the CRM
• Meet or exceed daily activity, conversation, and meeting targets
• Work with sales and marketing to improve messaging and outreach
• Learn from call reviews, coaching, and performance feedback
• Share market insights with the wider team
