Job summary

Veeam Software seeks a technically fluent Customer Engineer for DSPM solutions. You will bridge Engineering and GTM, ensuring deployments are understood, configured, and supported across pre- and post-sales phases.

The role emphasizes deep product knowledge without direct customer-facing duties. You will assist with internal tooling, playbooks, and architecture guides, enabling field teams to deploy DSPM components on Kubernetes-based microservices and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role within an engineering or product-focused organization.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud-native stacks (Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
• Comfort with scripting in Python or shell for automating setup/Testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Engineering and GTM teams.
• Translate new features and deployment requirements into actionable docs and enablement content.
• Assist in internal DSPM deployment and validation in staging/demo environments.
• Develop internal technical resources like playbooks and integration guides.
• Support GTM with API usage, scripting, and basic troubleshooting during POC or pilot phases.
• Read and interpret code or configuration files to aid debugging and deployment workflows.
• Validate deployment workflows across AWS/GCP/Azure.
