Job summary

Veeam Software in Karachi seeks a Customer Engineer for DSPM solutions. This non-coding technical role acts as a bridge between Engineering and GTM, supporting deployments, documentation, and internal enablement for data security posture management.

You’ll work with Kubernetes-based microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and scripting (Python) to aid pre‑sales and post‑sales activities while staying close to technology without full-time coding duties. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role within an engineering or product-focused organization.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native stacks (Kubernetes, cloud infra, data infra).
• Comfort with Python or shell scripting for automating setup and testing integrations.
• Ability to read and understand code/configs (Python, YAML, JSON) to support debugging.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical liaison between Engineering and GTM teams, enabling with product knowledge and tooling.
• Translate new features and deployment requirements into actionable docs and enablement content.
• Assist in internal DSPM deployment and validation in staging/demo environments.
• Help develop internal playbooks, integration guides, and architecture diagrams.
• Support Go-to-Market with API usage and basic troubleshooting during POC or pilots.
• Read and modify basic code/configs to support integration efforts.
