Job summary

ACT International is seeking a District Coordinator to oversee district-level project coordination, implementation, supervision and monitoring in line with donor requirements. The incumbent will engage with district authorities, partners, and communities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project interventions.

The role requires strong leadership, field supervision experience, and effective collaboration with government bodies and humanitarian partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in district coordination or humanitarian projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination and team management abilities.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of project activities within the assigned district according to approved plans and objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with district authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
• Supervise field staff and provide technical guidance to ensure quality assurance and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with donor requirements and ACT International policies.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
