Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from recognized institution.
• Masters degree and/or professional certifications preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and curriculum with SMEs or external vendors.
• Oversee program implementation focusing on financial, operational, administrative and logistical aspects.
• Ensure training design aligns with experiential learning principles and best practices.
• Lead learning initiatives to improve customer experience and internal processes.
• Upskill faculty on latest Banking & Financial Sector developments.
• Build sustainable trainer capacity and internal resource pools.
• Collaborate across groups to identify challenges and tailor learning interventions.
• Align learning interventions with technical competency framework and needs gaps.
• Establish evaluation methods and use metrics to measure knowledge transfer.
• Track training data monthly and report progress to leadership.
