Job summary

Sau 39 is seeking a visionary Director of Technology and Learning to lead the district's technology ecosystem, aligning IT with instructional priorities and operational goals. You will guide strategy, governance, and resource allocation to advance teaching, learning, and data security across the district.

The role requires a Master's in Educational Technology or related field and 5–10 years of leadership in educational technology, preferably in K-12 settings, with a track record of implementing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology or related field.
• 5–10 years of leadership experience in educational technology or IT management.
• Experience in K-12 education strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clear technology vision to support teaching, learning, and operations.
• Align technology initiatives with district goals and instructional priorities.
• Oversee digital learning environments, infrastructure, and data systems.
• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of IT services and data practices.
