You will mentor Engineering Managers and engineers, advance modern lifecycle practices, and champion AI‑infused tooling while tracking delivery metrics to improve velocity and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years managing engineering managers
• Experience leading remote, globally distributed teams
• Strong background in cloud architecture and scalable systems
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
• Forward‑looking in adopting AI tools to improve workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global engineering organization
• Mentor Engineering Managers and software engineers
• Structure pods for autonomy with clear career ladders
• Partner with Product Management to align on customer outcomes
• Oversee architecture, security, and performance of high‑volume ad tech platforms
• Drive modernization of the development lifecycle including AI integration
• Establish and monitor key engineering metrics to improve delivery velocity
